Are the results guaranteed?

 This program is based on co-responsibility. We structure the LinkedIn strategy, optimize the assets, train your teams and ambassadors, and provide the framework and methodology. However, real impact depends on internal engagement, consistency of publication, quality of proof content and active participation of leaders and ambassadors. The goal is not a one-off campaign but a sustainable credibility system. 

What is the investment?

 The investment reflects a structured program including diagnosis, asset optimization (company page and profiles), content strategy, LinkedIn training, ambassador activation and sparring on posts. It is aligned with strategic B2B communication and influence programs. A conversation allows us to define the scope depending on the number of leaders, ambassadors and the level of support required. 

Is it eligible for public funding (OPCO, CPF, etc.)?

 No. This offer does not fall under public training or CPF frameworks. 

Who is this program for?

What if we only want help producing LinkedIn content?

If the need is purely operational content production, lighter editorial support may be considered, but long-term impact comes from the strategy and internal activation. 

How much time should we plan internally?
 Expect moderate but regular involvement over the Focus period (around 6 weeks). Marketing participates in strategy and coordination, while leaders and ambassadors participate in profile optimization, training and occasional post creation. A weekly coordination ritual (30–45 minutes) helps maintain momentum. 
What happens after the program ends?

 After the Focus phase, the system (playbook, editorial calendar, governance and KPIs) remains in place for your teams to continue autonomously. An optional monthly mentoring program can be activated to review posts, refine positioning, analyze KPIs and strengthen the ambassador dynamic over time.
