What if I prefer a more operational or collective format?
This offer is dedicated to individual executive sparring. If your need is more operational (product launch, CRM, trade show, marketing execution) or collective (team alignment, structured deployment), we can transition to a Focus Sprint or Augmented Marketing Team program better suited to delivery and team activation.
How much time should I plan each month?
What happens after the 6 or 12 months?
At the end of the commitment period, we review progress, evolution of priorities and leadership posture. You may choose to renew the partnership if needed, or transition to another program if your needs shift toward execution or team-wide transformation.
Can other stakeholders (board, partners, HR) be involved?
The framework is strictly confidential and centered on you. However, if relevant, specific alignment sessions with board members or key stakeholders can be organized upon agreement, while preserving confidentiality principles.
Is the program available in English?
Yes. Sessions and exchanges can be conducted in English if required.
Will this include work on my leadership posture and team dynamics?
Yes. Beyond strategic decisions, we work on presence, communication, managerial courage, influence, energy and alignment. The objective is to strengthen your leadership so that the organization gains clarity, confidence and execution quality.
