we offer you a Strategy Diagnosis to review your business on different insights (strategy, marketing, sales, operations).
The training lasts 11 hours, including campfires, spread over 2 to 3 months depending on your schedule.
We will have five 1-hour virtual camps. There will be nothing to prepare.
For the rest, we will simply change the agenda of meetings you already have.
This will take them 4 hours and 45 minutes, spread over 2 to 3 months:
- two 1.5-hour team Campfires.
- one Campfire in pairs with you.
